The next project was the “Donald” house, a 1990’s farmhouse that had been very neglected.
Everything from the ceilings to the flooring needed to be replaced, repaired, or at the very least repainted in this beast… including the exterior.
I spent hours and hours ripping down wallpaper and painting EVERYTHING.
I even made the pillows and curtains for this home because I couldn’t find the exact pieces I envisioned, plus it’s way cheaper and higher quality than I could afford to spend on “custom” items.
Staging has a lot to do with selling the property. I’m getting better with it. My mom Julie is waaaaaay better at it!
